This month, we are pleased to offer our expert chefs’ newest creations: Wagyu siu mai with crispy ginger prawn dumpling with morel mushrooms, saffron king crab dumpling, lobster dumpling with caviar, scallop dumpling with XO, duck and truffle topped with crispy duck skin and gilded golden edges.

Ready for a touch of gold on your palate? The XO Crispy Golden Thread Turnip Parcel features freshly grated turnip, carefully wrapped in kataifi pastry, and deep fried until golden.
